3. SMS & Messaging Communications

By creating an account with Net Geeks (DBA Search Geeks) and explicitly checking an unchecked opt-in checkbox to enable SMS notifications during onboarding, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to your account. A link to this Privacy Policy is provided at the point of opt-in during onboarding.

These messages are operational in nature and may include internal notifications such as website lead alerts, account updates, or service-related communications. Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. SMS messages are sent only to the phone number provided by the business owner during account setup.

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted vendors and platforms to operate services, conduct analytics, or run ads. All vendors are required to protect your data and comply with privacy laws.

5. AI & Automation Notice

Net Geeks may use AI tools—including our AQWIRE AI Employee and CRM system—to assist with lead follow-up, communication, and marketing. These systems only process data to support human-assisted services.
